Navigating the Interface
Understanding how to navigate the Raise More interface is key to efficiently managing your fundraising efforts. This guide will walk you through the main sections of the platform.
The Main Menu
Located on the left side of the screen, the main menu is your primary navigation tool.
It is organized by major sections of the application.
If you click on the major section, you'll be taken there for further navigation.
If you hover for a moment over the major menu items, you'll see a pop-out submenu of relevant subpages (like Contacts->Add A Contact), as well as quick references to the most recent or pinned resources for things like Contacts, Lists, and Tags (like Lists->My Pinned List).
Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your fundraising activities:
- Total Raised: Shows the total amount raised to date.
- Unfulfilled Pledges: Lists pledges that haven't been collected yet.
- Call Statistics: Shows your calling performance over time.
Contacts
This section allows you to manage your contacts:
- Create A List: Browse and filter your contacts to save as lists, and do bulk actions like adding or removing tags in mass.
- Add New Contact: Add single new contacts to your database.
- Merge Duplicates: Combine duplicate contacts to keep your database clean.
Lists Section
Here you can create and manage your call lists. You'll see a table of all your saved lists, and you can:
- View the contacts in each list.
- Edit the list name or pin it via the triple dot menu icon on the righthand position of each row.
- Archive or unarchive lists.
- Start the dialer with a specific list.
Dialer Section
This is where you'll conduct your calling sessions:
- Make Calls: Start a calling session with a specific list.
- Current Dialer Sessions: View and manage your active calling sessions.
- Past Session Summaries: Review summaries of your past calling sessions.
Settings Section
Manage your account and organization settings:
- Caller IDs: Set up and manage your caller IDs.
- Verified Emails: Verify your email addresses for sending campaigns.
- Notifications: Configure your notification preferences.
By familiarizing yourself with these different sections, you'll be able to navigate the Raise More platform efficiently and make the most of its features for your fundraising efforts.
